3. Members can purchase additional entries for £0.50 per entry or use the postal entry route.
4. Once you win, you pay off the balance of the discounted home price, with no interest charges. Saving you tens of thousands in mortgage costs.
5. We keep going until all 15,000 members own their own home.

You can be part of the change.
Members must be 18 or over. Members can legally nominate the home to be for another person. Members must be or want to be resident in one of the discounted home zones.
We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. All funds contributed by members for the purchase of discounted homes remain repayable to them until such time as they are used to purchase their own discounted home when it is awarded to them (see How does it work?).

We have taken all the excess costs that house builders and banks charge out of homeownership. So you get a home, without anyone else profiting from it.
