    Our PFH Data Protection Policy

    Your privacy is important to us. It is PFH’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website.

    PFM – means Profit Free Homes, a community working to make home ownership profit free.

    If You decide to opt-in to our mailing list, You will receive emails that may include company news, updates and launch information, etc. If at any time You would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

    PFM’s legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Data described in this Data Protection Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information:

    • PFH needs to take a payment from You
    • You have given PFH permission to do so
    • Processing your Personal Data is in PFH’s legitimate interests
    • PFH needs to comply with the law
